I would agree with the quality of service and the standard of food both of which were outstanding. However as regards portion size there was no way that the money which was charged matched the amount you had to eat. All four of us were extremely dissapointed and hungry and now have massive holes in our visa cards! A beetroot lollipop may be a highly acclaimed piece of culnary art but I'm afraid the fable 'emperors new clothes' comes to mind. Call me old fashioned but I like to come to a restaurant to eat and not just to look at food art.

We have eaten several times here, and each time I come away completely satisfied. The food is almost lovely without being pretentious, the service impeccable, and the lunch menu is such excellent value for money (£22.50 for 3 courses). I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough and always look forward to eating here.

Amazing food, beautifully presented in a modern and relaxed atmosphere. Service was efficient and friendly with upmost attention to detail and informative explanations about the menu and produce. An experience - not just a meal!! Worth every penny.
