My husband and l both had exceptional meals and the serrice was personable and attentive,la partenope`s is absolutely my favorite restaurant in Edinburgh, fantastic desserts and wonderful homemade ravioll,

The food is great as is the service,and bright windows create the perfect atmosphrere for a fabulous lunch or an elegant candelight dinner,

we recommend the cold mezze of grilled chicken and maccaroni.

l was happy to find that la partenope`s served the best ltalian food, l have ever had ! we both highly recommend it .

La Partenope has by far the best Italian food l have tasted in the UK, The menu centers heavily on seafood, which is just delicious, there is a pizza and pasta menu if you ask for it, food we had there was excellent, lovely house wine, experience and the food was worth every penny, value for money

This is by far my favorite Italian restaurant in Edinburgh , and I`ve been here on so many different occasions, the food is outstanding excellent and the staff attentive, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the dishes served friendly chefs as well great owner, passionate Italian food , I look forward to going back for a meal at leisure.

I would highly recommend to this truly regional Italian restaurant .

Have eaten in this restaurant quite a few times and its always been good food and nice atmosphere and staff, although quite pricey.

We ate there last night with friends who hadnt been there before - we were quite disappointed. The steak which myself and my husband had (and which is one of the most expensive choices) was full of gristle and I had to leave a lot of it to the side - the 'salad' which came with it was very oily and limp and the vegetables not very pleasant either. Forgetting that and moving on to dessert we all chose the ice cream and strawberries. This was £5 - we got two scoops of icecream each and about two strawberries each cut up into wedges. It was very mediocre indeed. The total bill worked out at £45 per head - a lot of money for a not great meal. Although admittedly we did have 3 courses plus coffee, wine and a couple of limoncellos. I should have said something to them at the time but the waiter was so pleasant I didnt have the heart. However, we wont be going back in a hurry. Its too pricey and the quality, certainly last night, was very poor.

Friends and I had an excellent meal at la partenope restaurant , I `d heard good renowned reports and consequently expected good value for money , the food is superb ,this little restaurant rates among the five * * * * * Quality of the food as good as any top restaurant, and the wine list superband , Great atmosphere , food Yummy ! ! . I promise you will leave feeling better than when you comein.
