Just had a very interesting dining experience!

Four of us dined in Wa Wa bath street, and two starters arrived, then a third ten minutes later and no sign of the fourth. The waiter came to take dishes away and we explained fourth starter still hadnt arrived. We were told it was a very busy night [8 people dining at this stage] and we said no problem, fourth starter could arrive with main. Eventually one and a half hours later the four mains came with the fourth starter. Everything fine, got to say rice was the best I had come across, everything else middle of road, then the only choice we had of dessert was deep fried banana or icecream! Bill came, totally wrong... would we go back, definitely not!

Ordered 2 chicken chow mains and the noodles were the cheapest tasting noodles, the sauce was terrible, there was no meat mainly veg. when we got the bag the soups had spilt all over the other containers. the prawn crackers were stale and going off. would never eat there again. the price we were told when we ordered online was inaccurate to the charge by the delivery price was said to be free yet we were charged for it and only told once our food was delivered. i would seriously sugest not eating from this place it was disgusting.

Now known as WaWa Noodle Bar and Restaurant.

No criticism of the food which was average, however the prices to sit in were scandalous, £4 for a portion of Chicken and Sweetcorn Soup and £1.90 for a medium glass of draft lemonade!!!

This left a bill for 3 people of £34.50 which we all felt ruined our dining experience.

When querying the exorbant prices we were met with dumb insolence and therefore we will not be back or would recommend to any of our friends.

I was disheartened for this restaurant when I read the first disparaging review as it in no way fits our regular experience at this establishment. I regularly have lunch there (at least twice a month) and have worked my way through their special lunch time menu which offers fantastic choice and value. Our family treats ourselves to the occasional take-away (as tonite which prompted this review when we were looking on the internet for details). In our humble opinion it some of the best, fresh and tasty food we've come across in Edinburgh. We totally agree with the second review!

DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS I DID!!

My food was not good at all. Prices like for a quality meal but instead you get shechuan chicken which includes a few bits of chicken and onions, onions and more onions. Forget about variety of native veg or any veg. You will not get it! If I had not ordered for a take away with a delivery I would have told the chief to eat it himself.
