Bella Italia

My daughter and i usually go to Bella Italia once every few weeks for lunch whilst out shopping. The food and service is really good. However we went today and it was just awful! We were first in the place and after we placed our order it got really quite busy and everyone around us got their meal first! We waited 55 mins for a childs pizza and a panini! They did notice that we were getting totally browned off, before i could ask what was going on the waiter came to our table and mumbled something to me in broken english,which i couldn't for the life of me understand, and gave my daughter a ballon for waiting so long. I am so disappointed in my experience today, i won't be rushing back!
