Dreadful!! We just got a takeaway - when we got home we found they got the order wrong even though we checked the order 3 times!! They then expected us to pay to have this corrected. The staff were rude, the food was bad and has anyone ever heard of having Worcester sauce with spring rolls cos I expected soy! Don't waste your time or money!!

Always had excellent service from Kwok over the years, and the food is a testament to what Chinese food can be - great ingredients, carefully prepared. Superb!
