was very pleased although the meal was a bit pricy it was well worth it

Went to Oloroso and was greeted by a hostile waitress who made us feel like we were a complete hassle. I even overheard her telling another waitress that if we were going to bring our kids we should have gone to pizza hut!!! I was utterly astounded by how rude the staff were and how little atmosphere the restaurant had. There was no music and the decor they seem to have chosen is 'sterile'. The redeeming factor of the restaurant is the balcony which does have fantastic views however there are no heaters. The food was good, not amazing and I don't think worth £30 for a steak.
