Highly reccommend a visit for true taste of pure indian vegetarian cuisine, I absolutely love this place. Staff informative and friendly excellent service, great food. Love it will be back soon.

Had a fab and friendly experience here me and friends were up from Leeds and stumbled upon this place. We were a group of 8 had a warm welcome staff were very informative enjoyed our food being indian it was a treat. I would reccommend this to anyone including my parents who will be visiting edinburgh in the festival. Bhindi masala was devine and we were in heaven with desert home made mango kulfi me and my fellow diners have decided to put as many honest reviews up as possible. We were unhappy reading previous review for our experience was of excellent service quality all food was delicious don't knock it till you try it and we are definately going back for more..

i was very disappointed with this restaurant and embarrassed to have taken friends there. we were a table of 12 and waited half an hour to see a menu even though there was only one other table in. the main course was the same size as a side dish, the food was cold and undercooked and the vegetables were obviously from a frozen mixed bag, i have never seen a curry consisting of peas, sweetcorn and diced carrot before! many of the listed ingredients were missing and the service was poor. when we requested to see the manager we were ignored. it was obvious that the staff realised we were a group of students and thought we wouldn't know any better but i've had a better curry at home with sauce from a jar! very over priced for what it was and i wouldn't go there again
