Dionika

Dionika has to be the most authentic and genuine Spanish restaurants/delicatessen in Edinburgh.

The owner Juan Dionisio Blanco had been in the fish exporting industry for over 30yrs before setting up Dionika - this guy knows his fish/

The decor is bright and spacious, you forget that this restaurant is on a very busy and noisy road!

The service remained impeccable throughout and it was refreshing to finally see waiting staff who had a firm knowledge of the produce used.

Tapas is the name of the game at Dionika and doesn't disappoint. The food was simple, honest and very tasty. And I'm glad to say the bill didn't wipe the smile of my face
